I am an old git with an attitude and a love of good food. I got bored with opening tins of crap and calling it a meal.
I was sat in front of the telly watching Jamie or Gordon or some other TV chef, and I thought to myself, “If they can do it, then I can do it.” So I tried, and guess what, I did it, and it tasted good and I felt good for achieving a very tasty meal. My mantra is now “if you can do it, then I can do it and if I can do it, then You can do it.”
So after scouring the web for recipes for all types of cuisine and trying them out and adapting them to my own taste buds, I thought to myself “Why not write a book.” So I started to write, and now im finished with volume 1 and still have a load of ideas to try out and put down on paper.
Now i needed a working title, and I thought to myself after weeks of thought on the subject, I wish I had become a Chef when I was younger and I wish I had the qualifications to do it professionally now, and so the title was obvious to me and lets face, it is just another recipe book fighting for its place among the thousands of other recipe books,
The book is no longer available to buy but all the recipes are on this site,plus a whole lot more.
All recipes have been found online , tried, and tweeked till I am happy with them.
I will often incorperate a video found on youtube from the original chef but only if the tweeking was minimal.
